Leadership

ELDERS

412 Community Church follows a biblical pattern for church leadership. The Bible indicates that Jesus Christ is the head of the church and in the New Testament, leadership was entrusted to people who serve as “elders.” The elders are to be men of integrity who have a passion to teach the Gospel, pray, and shepherd a specific, local, church family.

Kyle Walker – Elder; Pastor of Missional Community

Kyle graduated from Burleson High School in 1997 and has been pastoring 412 Community Church since its launch in the Spring of 2009. He received his Master’s of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth in 2004. His passions are preaching and people, and longs to see the name of Jesus be proclaimed among all nations. He currently oversees all areas of Pastoral Care, Missions and Community, and Environments at 412.

Joel Soto – Elder; Pastor of Leadership Development & Vision

Joel graduated from Mansfield High School in 1996 and brought his family to 412 in October of 2009. He was installed as an elder at 412 Community Church on April 13, 2011. Joel received his Master’s of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His passion is leadership- seeing men begin to understand their God-given responsibility to lead their families and their church with integrity. He currently oversees our Leadership Development, Vision-casting, and Ministry Departments.

Joel and Kyle both oversee the teaching ministry of 412CC.

The elders are supported by the vital work and service of ministry leaders.

MINISTRY LEADERS

Our ministry leaders and elders work hand in hand to ensure that there is holistic care for 412 members. Ministry Leaders lead their specified ministry area, and promote unity within the 412 family. The Scriptures call these ministry leaders deacons. For more information about elders and deacons, click HERE.

LIFE GROUP LEADERS

Life Group leaders provide oversight for all the Life Groups at 412. Life Groups provide pockets of ministry and care that the 412 Family so desperately needs. Click HERE for more information about our Life Groups.
