This is simply an expression of Jesus’ parting words to all of His followers: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Our goal is to simply introduce people to a loving God who is wild and who woos people to repentance by His kindness.
God chose us, allowed us to become His children, and be reconciled to Him through His sinless life, His death on the cross, and His resurrection from the dead. Thus, we will live a life continually knowing more of Him and the power of His Grace.
As we live our lives, we live Jesus out in the open by glorifying His name through our time, talent, and treasures… and though we may fail at times, we pursue living a grace-filled life and showing that same grace to others.
Knowing what God has done for us, we want to reorient our lives around Jesus. Although God is sovereign and does not need our help, He invites us to be part of what He is doing in the world. We want to immerse ourselves into our local community and culture while still glorifying Jesus so that people will be redeemed and worship Jesus. We are burdened to know that over 4,000,000,000 people worldwide have never heard what Jesus Christ has done for them and our dream is to spread a passion for Jesus among those 4 billion people as well as those in our own community.
In short, the Gospel is the power of God (Romans 1:16; 1 Corinthians 1:18). There is nothing that can affect change in the human heart like the Gospel. For more information on the Gospel, click HERE.
